We love 169 Bar for its laid back vibes, cheap drinks, and late-night food menu (we HIGHLY recommend ordering the French Onion Borscht and Crab Mac). You order food and drinks via the "Text To Order" function, where you text your order to the number on your table and get your drinks much faster. They're open from 1 p.m. - 4 a.m., seven nights a week, so check it out at any time and stay for as long as you please.
