1 Oak (2008-present)
Tens of thousands of clubgoers have “ended up at 1 Oak” since it opened in 2008. Richie Akiva’s empire now includes Up & Down as well as locations in Vegas and LA, and the brand hosts pop-up parties everywhere from Cannes to Dubai. There have been too many iconic moments here to list them all, from Rihanna’s Met Gala after-party to the infamous Justin Bieber vs. Desiigner “fight.” More than a decade later, New York City’s 1 Oak is still partying strong.
