The Box (2007-present)
Perhaps best described as a modern-day Moulin Rouge on the Lower East Side, The Box is the go-to for spectacle with anything-goes variety acts (no photos, please!), burlesque, and acrobats. Set in an old vintage theater, the club has managed to retain much of its refreshingly seedy appeal and debaucherous attitude.
