The vibes are always sizzling at the south-of-the-border inspired Garret Coctelería, but the pan-Latin haunt is really heating things up just in time for Valentine's Day.

Behold Coctelería de Amor, the spot's latest seasonal pop-up that's inspired by all things romantic.

Draped in rich reds and adorned with collages of vintage love letters, canopies of roses, and photos of our favorite famous pairs, the locale is a veritable lovers' lane that invites couples of all kinds (you and your boo, or you and your bestie!) to indulge in the dreamy scene and, of course, raise a glass to the selection of fun new cocktails.

Beverage Director Max Stampa-Brown is whipping up a slew of sexy sips, including larger format versions that are made to be shared. Try the Passion Pit (tequila, aperol, aquavit, sweet vermouth, passionfruit, lime) served in a ceramic piglet or the Terciopelo Azul (mezcal, sherry, almond, cherry, pineapple, lime) poured in a peacock, and be sure to ask for two straws, Lady and the Tramp style.

Throw in some staple bar bites like ceviche, tostadas, and tacos of all kinds, and you've got date night totally sorted.

The Insta-worthy set-up is sticking around until March, so you've got plenty of time to stop in and get cozy.
