Otto's Shrunken Head oddly combines the dive bar with the tiki bar, a taste of Hawaii right in the middle of the East Village. Offering cocktail bowls such as the 'flaming volcano' as well as drinks containing more than just a couple of shots, this is a dive bar with a twist. Live music is usually on offer and they've substituted a worn out pool table for a vintage black and white photo booth - something that definitely seems like a great idea after a few drinks with friends.
