Aerin Lauder
If anyone's lifestyle is worthy of its own brand, it's Aerin Lauder's. It's true that the billionaire heiress and scion of the Estée Lauder beauty empire was practically groomed to have a hand in the company - or at least represent the face of it. A 1999 New York Times profile of her, at the height of her social circulating, claimed that she accepted invitations to functions four or five times a week at the behest of her uncle and chief executive at the time, Leonard A. Lauder. "It's very important that there be a Lauder who is socially active,'' he was quoted. Today she is the Style and Image Director of her family's company, which could have taken up just enough of her time. But she went ahead and launched her own namesake lifestyle line of fragrances, makeup, homewares, clothing, and more.
