The Divorce (Part 2)

...Until now, that is.

According to Page Six, Libbie has gone to court to reopen the divorce, claiming that she was "intimidated" and "bullied" into signing the original agreement and that, due to a recent reduction of her Lexapro dosage at the time, she had "blurry vision" when signing the papers and couldn't fully comprehend what she was agreeing to.

That's absolutely happened to all of us, so, we get it.

Now, Libbie is saying that the agreed-upon $79,000 a month in child support just won't cut it when it comes to giving their kids the lifestyle they're accustomed to, and so she's seeking closer to $100,000 monthly.

She's also claimed that David "purposely damaged the art he agreed to provide [her] under the separation agreement" in order to reduce their value. Among them, a $2 million Warhol that “has black lines from water damage” and “scratches,” along with a $6.5 million Basquiat that was damaged with "part of the paper lifting off the canvas."

When David tried to "dump" the art on her Hamptons doorstep back in May, Libbie called the police and refused to accept them.

Her lawyer told Page Six, "We have filed a complaint to set aside the separation agreement between David and Libbie Mugrabi given the unjust and predatory circumstances surrounding its execution, in addition to the fraud imposed upon Ms. Mugrabi, as well as the financial and emotional abuse she has suffered from David Mugrabi as a result."
