A born and raised New Yorker, Sarah grew up in Greenwich Village, above the shop her family has run since 1906. Her father, Andrew Raffetto, is a third-generation owner of the business, which supplies fresh pasta and Italian specialties to over 200 restaurants and shops in the tri-state area.
