Girl learned her way around a saucepan at a young age cooking with her grandmother. Now, as the Chief Operating Officer of the biz, Sarah does "literally anything and everything," from working in the back kitchen preparing food to chatting with customers and recommending dinner combos. A pasta-lover through and through, she's definitely had no trouble embracing her family's legacy. 

"Creating within my Italian heritage, in my favorite city in the world, is truly a gift," she told the New York Times.
