What Are Cynthia Nixon's Actual Political Platforms?

One way Nixon wants to protect undocumented immigrants in NY is with driver’s licenses. Since 2001, a driver’s license cannot be issued to immigrants without legal status. She sees this as a crisis.

She states that driving without a license puts them at risk for deportation, as “immigration agents [use] minor traffic violations to justify picking up immigrants.”
