Catch Steak is a lighter, brighter, fresher take on the traditional steakhouse experience for the 2020 guest. Our steak program is entirely prime, meaning we serve only the best quality and elevated portions with cuts ranging from Classic Prime, Prime Dry-Aged, American Wagyu and five kinds of Japanese Wagyu, including true Kobe. Every steak we serve is true steak – no fat or gristle.
In addition to our steak program, we have something for absolutely everyone. If you’re vegan, we’ve got you. If you’re vegetarian, we’ve got you. We have a vast selection of raw and cooked seafood options as well. Our menu is extremely well rounded to ensure everyone who comes in, will have an excellent experience.
