The licenses let the world know we are serious and legitimate. It gives us the opportunity to import from 27 different prefectures throughout Japan. It also lets our guests know that we are serving 100% certified, fully traceable TRUE KOBE. The license also lets us educate the consumer about the differences of Japanese Wagyu, which is important to us as a lot of the public still thinks all WAGYU is KOBE.
