Brunch simplified. Without all the bells and whistles. Just the best executed, delightfully pure, subtly inventive versions of the weekend dishes people wait all week for. That's what Ardyn's new highly curated brunch menu is serving up. Just five items so delicious you'll still somehow indecisively find yourself putting off your waiters order-taking advances.
Will it be the Smoked Ora King Salmon, perfectly perched with avocado, pearl onions, and hollandaise atop an everything bagel? The Challah French Toast, with strawberry compote, local maple syrup, and pistachio streusel?
You can't go wrong with the Bacon Egg and Cheese, beautifully crafted with confit and smoked heritage pork belly, fried egg, aged cheddar, and garlic aioli between a challah bun. Though, oh shit, they've a vegetarian version with cured and smoked celery root 'bacon.' And a Spring Green Salad that's a definite sleeper item.
As you can see, less really is more at this serious culinary contender. Factor in Bloody Mary made with mushroom stock (which let's be real, who knew was a thing?), and you've the perfect weekend afternoon.
