Here's a moment of truth for you: TV SUCKS these days. By now you all have probably heard of the new show "The Moment of Truth" which debuted on Fox Wednesday night after American Idol. I did not get a chance to see the show, but that won't stop me from making my full review. First of all, who hasn't admired themselves in the mirror after taking a shower?! In fact, who hasn't then gone and done a full on dance routine to Cherish? I mean is this supposed to be embarrassing? Who doesn't dream of kissing a person of the same sex, wish they could walk into a church naked and scream down the aisle, or done something that would make their spouse suspicious? Has American television really gotten so dry that we are forced to pay people to state the obvious? Also, who the hell cares anyway? Do I really want to know that Matt down the street had an affair with a stripper in Vegas? Also, does his wife REALLY need to be informed of this...let alone on a national tv show? I think not. Until the networks start coming up with better ways for me to waste my time, I will have to continue to just write my own shows. That or go through the old Pee-Wee Playhouse's on YouTube.
