Camille Isobel Hughes
The real-life Blair Waldorf of the crew didn't end up getting into Harvard, but she did graduate from William and Mary with a neuroscience degree. She moved to California and currently works as a senior brand and product development manager for the vegan wellness brand Arbonne, which is a multi-level marketing company. Reality show stars - they're just like the girls you went to high school with! Of all the former cast members, Camille seems to be the least embarrassed about her appearance on the show, posting the occasional throwback and telling Paper in 2014, "I saw it like any other extracurricular activity."
