#2. Jenny Humphrey
Jenny was a noteworthy adversary of Blair's because she could not give less of a fuck about Blair. Blair would attempt to sabotage her out of spite and because she projected all of her mommy issues on Jenny, and Jenny persevered and refused to resign from her fashion career. Jenny was everything Blair was not (blonde, badass, and edgy) and everything Blair was (Queen of Constance, bold, and ruthless). So it was fun to see her get under Blair's skin like that.
