Now that the VP is officially settled in the capital, she's offloaded one of her California properties to the tune of $799,000 just two weeks after putting it on the market.
In addition to her home in Los Angeles, Kamala Harris has held onto her loft-style condo in the trendy SOMA neighborhood of San Francisco, which she purchased in 2004 - the same year she became the city's District Attorney. Considering she originally paid $489,000 for the place, Harris has certainly walked away with an impressive profit. We're sure the $21,000 facelift she was reported to have invested in the apartment with the help of interior designer Ken Fulk didn't hurt.
