Marvin - 2007 14th Street NW
Despite serving some of the best Belgian-style fare in the District (the chicken and waffles are to die for!), most don't venture to this U Street venue for the food. Instead, many arrive at Marvin and head straight upstairs to the rooftop patio. The open-air terrace has been lined with heaters for years but has recently got a serious makeover; in addition to the addition of sheer space, Marvin now has two (completely heated) full-service bars to accommodate patrons in sun or snow.
