18th Street Lounge - 1212 18th Street NW
Many Washingtonians walk past this Connecticut Corridor bar and nightclub every day and have no idea it is even there. Only in the evenings can one easily spot 18th Street Lounge neatly tucked amongst the adjoining buildings, and that is because the bouncer is standing outside the door. Despite the lack of (any) exterior signage, this venue is especially popular for their illuminated roof deck that features a full-service bar and heat lamps for year-round service. The outdoor space is roomy, making 18th Street Lounge great for those hitting the town in packs.
