The signature winter cocktails, each $15 by the glass, feature seasonal holiday flavors perfect for the transition to cold D.C. weather. P.O.V. rooftop terrace opens daily at 11:00 AM; the indoor P.O.V. ultra-lounge opens daily at 4:30 PM.
