Those Elbow Drinking Guys Have An Entire Website!

Recently, I pondered the meaning of a phenomenon I stumbled upon whereby people drink beers (or champagne or straight vodka, whatever the case may be) from the crook of their elbows.  Apparently there is enough of a following of the Drinking-Booze-From-Elbow out there that my query was spotted, and answered!

Tim Flanigan, the dude who started all this, reached out and provided a thorough explanation of this whole "Arm Crush" thing.

He writes:

It started among my friends and me about 10+ years ago while down in Dewey at our summer beach house. Check out the Godfather Arm Crush under "550 Hall of Crushes" on the site which features a great friend of mine.  It was just something we shared amongst ourselves, but it never failed to turn heads.  I made some jokes about it on my site like it helps you make new friends and even converts your enemies, but at times it really does.  People either laugh positively in response or look kind of shocked and 9 times out 10 that person will try it immediately after seeing it.

So, the drink-booze-from-elbow thing, as I so gracefully referred to it, is officially called the "Arm Crush."  It is an activity that has over a decade of legacy.  Additionally, it has no ulterior motive, as I suggested it might.

It's simply meant to inspire intrigue and further partying in on-lookers.  Apparently it spreads like wild fire, since, according to Flanigan,

I even have a Going Global page with pics from China, Mexico, Costa Rica, Brazil, etc... Everyone is very receptive to it and loves to participate and it seems like they then go on sharing it.
