Movement

Movement supports our ability to flow through life with strength and flexibility. Expressed through activities like fitness, yoga, walking, dance, pilates - we all have different needs and preferences when it comes to how we move. In its essence, movement is a celebration of our life force. Depending on who we are - movement can be a release, competition, art form, mode of transport, fitness, and more. Getting in touch with our “why” when it comes to movement can help us determine the practices we need most. For example, dancing around the kitchen in the morning while the coffee is brewing is a perfectly legitimate. fun, effective movement routine when we are short on time and know we need to move.
