Touch

Touch is physical connection and our hands are an extension of our hearts. Massage and bodywork, holding hands, sexual intimacy and hugging those we care about are all examples of how we can link our bodies, hearts and hands. Touch has been scientifically proven to reduce chronic pain, and can feel very grounding, particularly in the digital landscape we live in. Making sure to hug someone fully and completely each and every day is a beautiful place to begin. Namaste massage therapists and bodyworkers are experts in creating a space for opening and unwinding. In today’s world this is no longer a luxury, but a key component of physical and mental well being.
