Soon after the legendary Beatrice Inn closed in 2009, owner Paul Sevigny’s club-going fans decamped to his Paul’s Baby Grand, which is still open today in Tribeca’s Roxy Hotel. Known for its impossibly tough door, pink bathroom walls, and chic crowd, the bar-lounge remains a hot destination whether you want to kick back on the couch or hit the cozy dance floor.
