Wexner Even Gave Epstein His Home
One of the most mysterious and wondered-about negotiations between the two involves Epstein's now notorious New York mansion on the Upper East Side. The sprawling property recognized as one of Manhattan's largest private homes had belonged to Wexner when Epstein moved in around 1996. Sources say Epstein paid $20 million for the house, worth upwards of $56 mil, although no official documents recorded the sale. In fact, Epstein showed no proof of ownership until 2001, when it was transferred from Wexner to one of Epstein's companies for $0. Epstein had signed for both parties, according to Bloomberg.
